Heyday Headwear is an established leader in the manufacture of a wide range of premium quality headwear for the North American and European markets. "Heyday" caps and hats bring you not only high quality and fine craftsmanship, but also the latest designs and manufacturing technology. Since being established just over six years ago, we have enjoyed consistent double-digit annual growth, and now produce over 400,000 pieces every month. 



Our mission is not to be the biggest producer of custom embroidered and plain headwear, it is to be the best. To achieve this objective, we have engineered all our modern production lines to satisfy the various needs of the market for orders as small as 250 pieces. Our modular manufacturing and production tracking system guarantees that we can fill most orders within 4 to 6 weeks. 



Heyday welcomes customer's own designs, in addition to being able to select and modify our wide assortment of styles and fabrics. The time required to design, embroider and manufacture a development sample is only 7 to 10 days. As a market-focused manufacturer, we appreciate that our customers have specific needs, and will provide assistance to ensure that the final product that we manufacture will be designed your way.
